At The Smart Bazar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy Duration

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, snacks, beverages)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health & personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable items


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery


Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur)

  3. Then contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received

  • A gift certificate will be mailed to you

If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping cost may be deducted

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value returns
